Shipping

Bella Paradise offers the following shipping options within the United States and internationally:

  1. FREE STANDARD SHIPPING (3–5 Business Days — within the contiguous United States)
  2. EXPRESS SHIPPING available (based on weight)

Orders placed before 2pm PST, excluding weekends and holidays, on in-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days from our fulfillment center in California. Items listed as pre-order or backordered will ship as soon as they are available. Occasionally, due to popular demand, an item designated as in stock may be out of stock at the time of your order — we will notify you and ship as soon as possible.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise (excluding shipping and handling) for orders shipped to California.

Signature Required for Orders Over $500

A signature is required for delivery of orders over $500.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking email when your package ships.

PO Boxes

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes.

International Shipping

We ship to the United States and internationally. All shipping fees are calculated by location and weight.

Returns & Exchanges

We will gladly replace, exchange, or refund your online purchase — other than items designated as "on sale" — within 20 days of purchase, as long as items are in sellable condition with all tags attached.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@bellaparadise.com with your order number and we will send you a return shipping label. A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund when using our label.

If you are exchanging for the same item in a different size or color, you will not be charged for reshipment. If you exchange for a different item, a new shipping fee will be charged based on the value of the new items. Credits are issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping charges. Returns and exchanges are typically processed within 3 business days of receipt.
